1. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities and Remote Areas: Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 working days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, high-volume sale events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply nationwide and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • We offer free shipping on specific promotional campaigns or orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Payment

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure the exact order amount is ready at the time of delivery, as courier riders cannot hand over the parcel before receiving payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our partner courier’s website to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel up to two times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable contact number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse and canceled.

6. Damaged or Wrong Shipments

If your parcel arrives physically damaged or contains the wrong items, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. Do not open or use the product, and contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with proof to arrange a replacement.
