What are your shipping charges?
Standard shipping charges apply nationwide. The exact shipping fee is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to major cities across Pakistan (such as Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad) takes 2 to 4 working days. Delivery to other cities and remote areas takes 3 to 6 working days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan for your convenience. Please pay the exact amount to the rider before collecting your parcel.
Cancellations & Modifying Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order only before it is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our customer support team immediately via phone or WhatsApp at +92 321 8899495 for any urgent updates.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
We only accept returns and exchanges under two specific conditions:

Can I get a cash refund if I do not like the product?
No. Zxavier operates under a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds or store credits under any circumstances. We will only provide a replacement for damaged or wrongly delivered items.
How do I file a claim for a damaged or wrong product?
You must notify our customer support team via WhatsApp or email (zxavier.online@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery. You are required to provide your order number alongside clear photographic or video proof of the damage or mistake.
