Eligibility for Exchange
We only accept returns and exchanges under the following two conditions:

Damaged Product: The product received is physically damaged upon delivery.

Incorrect Item: The product delivered does not match your original order (wrong size, color, or item).
No Refund Policy
Please note that Zxavier operates under a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer cash refunds or store credits for any purchases. We will only replace the item with the correct or undamaged version.
How to File a Claim

You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Proof of damage or the incorrect item (such as unboxing videos or clear photographs) is required to process your exchange.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you at no extra cost.
